Selecting Your Goods:
Making a purchase could not be easier, browse our shop and click on any items that you wish and out them in your shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on “Checkout” at the top right of the screen and you will be asked for details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept credit card payment – This is processed through our SSL 128 bit encrypted secure server. If you do not wish to pay by credit card you can print off the order and mail it to us with a cheque for the full amount in sterling.

UK Shipping:
All shipping will be via Royal mail and will be stated on the site if it is first or second class (We still reserve the right to send items via any means we see necessary) - We aim to provide the best value for you, but please be aware that sweets are a heavy product
Delivery:
If goods are in stock, we will despatch your order the same day. We anticipate a delivery time of 2-4 days and aim to ensure your order is sent as soon as possible. If you require next day/Guaranteed delivery or any special requirements please contact us. All UK or European Union orders will have VAT added at 17.5%.
Privacy:
Session Cookies will be used to keep the content of your shopping cart once you have selected items, and to store addresses and your contact details. No customer's information will be disclosed by us to anybody.
Guarantee:
We guarantee a full refund if you are not completely satisfied with our goods. Please return the goods to us at the above address, enclosing a receipt for the return postage and let us know why you are returning the goods.
Nut Allergies:
Because all the sweets we sell are weighed and handled in the same environment, we cannot guarantee that any of the sweets are free from all traces of nuts.
Ingredients:
Many of our sweets contain colouring and flavourings. If you would like to contact us we will be happy to provide you with a full and detailed list of the ingredients.
Placing an order confirms acceptance of the following conditions of sale:
- Payment is by Credit Card or Cheque
- Delivery is 2-4 working days for the UK only
- Arcadia cannot guarantee delivery within these times, please e-mail if more than 3 days late.
- Arcadia reserve the right to refund all or part of an order if the goods ordered are not available for despatch within the above delivery times
- Orders less than 2KG are normally shipped by Royal Mail – Air Mail. Over 2KG are shipped using Royal Mail Parcel Force.
- Arcadia reserve the right to change carrier at any time without notice
- Arcadia must be notified upon receipt of the goods of any damage or defect, damaged parcels should not be accepted from the carrier.
- Arcadia will replace or refund any damaged or sub-standard goods, providing Arcadia have been notified as above.
- The buyer is responsible for any local taxes and import charges.
- Value Added Tax will be charged at the standard UK rate
- The laws of United Kingdom shall apply in the event of a dispute
- The personal details given are governed by the Data Protection Act as applicable in the United Kingdom

While we do our best to ensure that all the sweets arrive in perfect condition, we cannot accept responsibility for the climate conditions that may be experienced once the product has been despatched e.g. chocolate melting when exposed to heat.
